Collard Green Wrap

Cut the stems off of 1 or 2 collard green leaves. Add a nut pate, tuna or egg salad and/or veggies, such as shredded carrot, zucchini, sprouts, avocado, tomato or anything you like, have on hand, or would add to a sandwich! Fold over the bottom and roll up like a burrito. Easy, healthy and a cinch to make!
