Cashew Cream

Makes about 2 cups
1 cup cashews, soaked 2 hours
2 TBS raw honey, pure maple syrup, raw agave nectar (or use natural Stevia to taste)
1 Tsp vanilla extract or seeds of 1 vanilla bean
¼ cup water – add more water slowly until you reach your desired consistency
Process in blender until smooth. Chill for 2 hours before serving.
